MATERIAL FACT

DESKTOP S.A. (“Company” or “Desktop”), in accordance with article 157, paragraph 4th, of Law No. 6.404, of December 15, 1976, and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has disclosed, on this date, the earnings release for the first quarter of 2024, in which operational information about the number of clients added was presented, including during the current quarter.

Therefore, the Company informs that, in the month of April of 2024, it recorded 11,011 organic net additions of clients, respectively, to its subscriber base.

The information mentioned above is preliminary, unaudited, and therefore subject to revision. The Company reaffirms its commitment to, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, keep its shareholders and the market in general duly informed and remains available to provide any additional clarifications that may be necessary.
